Surgutneftegas intends to found a new cluster for oil extraction in Tyumen region

Surgutneftegas plans to found a new cluster for oil extraction in the Uvat district in the south of the Tyumen region, the company’s head, V. Bogdanov, said at the annual meeting of shareholders. The attention is paid to an important direction of company’s activity in the Western Siberia – the foundation of new clusters of oil extraction. One of such clusters is the Rogozhnikovsky group of deposits. As of the end of 2014 it comprises 3 active deposits.
