Transneft plans to put into operation “Zapolyarye-Purpe” oil pipeline at the end of 2016, chief executive of the company N.Tokarev stated during the working meeting with the President of Russia V.Putin. “This is a new oil region, it will connect the entire system of Transneft with this northern area, where an increase of production is expected. We anticipate 45 million tons per year capacity, it makes up 32 now,” said Tokarev.
