The Ukraine will need $1.5 billion to pump required 6 billion cubic meters of gas into underground storage facilities to pass next winter, said the deputy head of the National Energy Security Fund Alexei Grivach.
According to him, last winter the Ukraine took 9 billion cubic meters of gas from underground storages, but the winter was warm, and the consumption declined.
