Naftogaz Ukrainy sets forward new conditions for gas purchase from Russia

Head of Naftogaz Ukrainy Andrei Kobolev waits for a formal proposal of Gazprom on the price for Russian gas in the third quarter of 2016. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
According to Kobolev, Kiev received indication of the price of Russian gas in the third quarter of 2016, and is currently awaiting a formal document, concerning the resource cost. Naftogaz is ready to buy gas from Russia only in the case of such proposal receipt, because it believes that the current contract is not appropriate for the operation "on the normal market," and doesn’t provide any guarantees to the Ukraine.
