Turkish Ministry of Energy can’t say the approximate timing of restoration of section of the Kirkuk-Ceyhan oil pipeline, exploded, supposedly, by Kurdish militants in the southeast of Turkey, the Ministry’s spokesman Ali Kerem Eskigyun reported.
