Gazprom may get licences for the sites in the Arctic before the end of 2013

Minprirody of the Russian Federation is about to grant licences for the sites of the Arctic shelf to Gazprom in late October-early November 2013.
The documents have been passed over to the government, they have updated the data on 3 sites, the head of the Ministry S.Donskoi said.
