Orsknefteorgsyntez attracts a $850 million credit from Sberbank

Orsknefteorgsyntez Plc. and Sberbank have signed an agreement for the provision of a non-revolving credit line at the amount of $850 million, is said in the report of the oil-refining enterprise.
“The funds are intended for financing of the plant’s modernization program aimed at the improvement of the qualitative characteristics of motor fuel, including he financing of the modernization or construction of the launching complexes”, is said in the report.
