Under the verdict of the Arbitration Court of Moscow brought on September 27th, 2013, Mechel takes off 3 metal works from Vadim Varshavsky mortgaged by his Estar Company.
On September 27th 2013, the Arbitration Court of Moscow satisfied the claim of Skyblock Limited, a subsidiary of Mechel against Metallurg Trust LLC, Guryev Metal Works JSC, Volgograd Minor Diameter Pipe Plant JSC, Zlatoust Metal Works JSC, and Metallurg Resource CJSC, controlled by Eastar Company of the businessman V. Varshavsky.
