Transneft rejects the idea to build a branch from ESPO to Komsomolsk oil refinery
Transneft rejects the idea to build a branch from ESPO to the Komsomolsk oil refinery, the Vice President of the pipeline company, M. Grishanin says. It’s connected with the possible freezing of Transneft’s tariffs in 2014.
The Russian authorities have decided to freeze the tariffs for gas, power and freight railway transporting for the industrial sector for 2014 and to raise them by inflation of the former year within the further 2 years. No official decision has been brought about Transneft’s tariffs, but the Vice Premier A. Dvorkovich overseeing the fuel and energy sector confirmed on Saturday that the decision on its freezing for 2014 has been brought in principle and has not been fixed in the documents.
