Transneft rejects the idea to build a branch from ESPO to Komsomolsk oil refinery

Transneft rejects the idea to build a branch from ESPO to the Komsomolsk oil refinery, the Vice President of the pipeline company, M. Grishanin says. It’s connected with the possible freezing of Transneft’s tariffs in 2014.
