American ExxonMobil continued to dialogue with the Russian authorities on tax disputes, despite the appeal to the Stockholm arbitration, the president of Exxon Neftegas Ltd. Wayne Warwick told reporters.
"Negotiations are in Houston and Moscow. I'm no expert to assess the chances of reaching an agreement, but I know that we are open to dialogue and negotiations", - he stated.
