Contracts, valued at $9.5 bln, signed within the framework of “Shah Deniz-2”

There have been signed contracts at a total $9.6 billion within the framework of the second stage of development of the gas condensate deposit “Shah Deniz” in the Azeri sector of the Caspian Sea and the expansion of the South Caucasus gas pipeline, the regional BP president in Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia G.Birrell said.

There has been spent $4.5 billion within the framework of “Shah Deniz-2” this year. The most part of these funds falls on the contracts in Azerbaijan.
