The EC has failed to take a decision on the permission to use the OPAL gas pipeline (an extension of Nord Stream). However, Gazprom will start negotiations with the new EC Commissioner for Energy, an official spokesman for Gazprom S.Kupriyanov said. It is said about on the web site Vesti Economiki.
