Transneft: oil exports in 2014 to fall
The oil supply overseas by Transneft’s pipelines will fall in 2014 by 10 mln tons, the advisor of the head of Transneft, I. Demin said. So the company re-orients its oil pipelines for oil products pumping.
We understand that about 10 mln tons will go to processing, I. Demin said. The export falls due to the rise of the oil processing volume within the country, Transneft thinks.
In 2013, 228.6 mln tons of oil were shipped overseas by system of Transneft, by 9.6 mln tons less than in 2012.
Transneft doesn’t plan to change the period of execution of its projects due to the restriction of the imported equipment supply due to the sanctions, Vice-President, Y. Lisin said.
