There are no plans concerning Bashneft’s privatization, the first deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Texler, said.
When a started working as the chairman of Bashneft’s Board, I immediately told the management there were no plans to hold the additional IPO, privatization of shares. The is no such goal today, we need the proper market, Texler said.
