The Government of Kazakhstan has a plan in case of decrease in the oil prices to $20 per barrel, the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
"On my instructions, options for actions in the event of the decrease in the oil prices as to $30, as to $20 per barrel were developed and thought out," - he said on Monday, addressed a message to the people of the country.
