The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology is ready to grant to Rosneft’s subsidiary Elvary Neftegaz the license for Kaygansko-Vasyukanskoye-more, the site discovered by the company at the Okhotsk Sea for 754 million rubles. The agency presented the corresponding project to the Russian Government.

In accordance with the rules, the company can be granted the rights for the deposit development, if it has discovered the deposit while geological exploration executed at its own expense.
