Russian companies consider possibility to buy 49.1% in Croatian oil and gas company INA, which is sold by Hungarian company MOL. One of the main contenders to the package is Gazpromneft that actively works in the region. But analysts doubt that the Russian companies will confirm their interest, because the package may be estimated as too expensive.

One of the Russian oil and gas companies may buy 49.1% in the Croatian company INA from MOL, Croatian mass media reported, referred to the Vice Prime Minister, Arkady Dvorkovich. At the same time, Dvorkovich didn’t specify what Russian companies he talked about. According to him, it’s “difficult to talk about any concrete details” for while, because negotiations with representatives of the Hungarian and Croatian parties are still ongoing.
