KEM-Oil to increase oil processing in Kuzbass almost two times

The administration of the Kemerovo region has signed an agreement on social and economic cooperation with Management Company KEM Oil. The document was signed by the First Deputy Governor Maxim Makin and chairman of the Kem-Oil’s Board of Directors Alexander Yugan.
