The head of Nord Stream is close to control EFESk.
The Managing Director of Nord Stream Matthias Warnig its stake in the power grid engineering company EFESk increased to 46%. The choice of the asset does not seem clear: EFESk, like most players in the industry, has recently experienced significant difficulties. But Mr. Warnig told "the Kommersant" that he believed in the prospects for infrastructure construction and hoped to strengthen the financial position of EFESk.
