Oil projects have no money

In 2015, global investments in the field of hydrocarbon production decreased by 22% to $600 billion. This was announced by the Russian Minister of Natural Resources Sergei Donskoy.

According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia, last year, the investments in oil and gas projects around the world fell by 22% to $600 billion. In 2016, the investment in the hydrocarbon production will continue to decline, as the market has low prices due to oversupply. By results of the year, the oil and gas companies will invest $520 billion in the projects, which means the fall in the investments by 12%, Donskoy said.
