German concern BASF, the world's largest producer of petrochemical products, is considering the possibility of locating production in the Novosibirsk Region, local media reports.
"Currently the plants in the Moscow Region, near St. Petersburg and Kazan are built. We see Novosibirsk the next point in our progress to the east.
