Collective agreement of Evraz NTMK is the best among the industrial enterprises in Russia

The Nizhny Tagil metallurgical plant Evraz NTMK is the winner of the 12th All-Russia competition “Enterprise of the mining and metallurgical sector of high social efficiency” in the nomination “Socio-economic efficiency of the collective agreement”. The collective agreement of Evraz is signed for 2 years with an opportunity of its prolongation in case of necessity. It contains a large list of measures on improving labor conditions. The main document comprises various regulation documents and applications, local normative acts and programs. Now about 20 social programs are realized at Evraz NTMK in the framework of the collective agreement. They aim at the attraction of employees, providing of social benefits. In 2014 over 900 mln roubles were spent on their realization.
