From November 1st, Belarus reduces export duties for oil and oil products

From November 1, Belarus reduces the duties for oil and oil products exported outside the Customs Union, under the order of the Cabinet of Ministers # 938. According to that, raw oil export duty is reduced from $416.4 per ton to $395.9. The duty for light and medium distillates, diesel fuel is reduced from $274.8 to $261.2. The same duty is set for benzene, toluol, xylol, fuel oil, lubricants, waste oils, vaseline and paraffin. LHG duty increased from $121.3 to $154.3. Since 2010, Belarus unified the customs export duties for  oil and oil products to the Russia’s level.
