FAS may make decision on access to Sakhalin-2 during the next three weeks

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia plans to make a decision in the case of access of Rosneft to the gas pipeline of the Sakhalin-2 project (the main shareholder is Gazprom) during the next two to three weeks, but it also may need a few months, head of department Igor Artemyev stated.

"I talked with my colleagues who are engaged in this case. But I think that it is not so much time left. I'm just not sure that Gazprom has provided all the documents ... At this stage, if that's all we need, and we won’t have make additional inquiries, it will take two or three weeks. But if we have to ask for more, then it will take a couple of months,"- said Artemyev.
