Kazakhstan's refineries increased oil processing by 4.8% in 2019

Total volume of oil processing by Atyrau, Shymkent (PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP) and Pavlodar petrochemical plant in 2019 amounted to 16.079 million tons of oil, the Interfax reports.

Russian Finance Ministry: Oil export duty to increase by $1.3 to $78.5 per ton from February 1

From February 1, 2020, export duty on oil in Russia will be $78.5 per ton, as it follows from the materials on the website of the Russian Ministry of Finance. Currently, it is $77.2 per ton.

Transit of petroleum products through Ukraine by rail falls by 30%

In 2019, transit transportation of petroleum products by rail through the territory of the Ukraine decreased by 30% to 102.1 thousand tons compared to the volumes of 2018 (145.7 thousand tons).

In January-November 2019, production of petroleum products in Azerbaijan decreased compared to the same period last year by 3.7% to 2 800.8 million manats, the State Statistics Committee reported.<
