From July 1st Russia turned to Euro-5 fuel turnover. The approved technical regulations for fuel presupposed the refusal from Euro-4 fuel from January 1st 2016, however, not all oil refineries of the country had managed to turn to Euro-5 fuel production within the stipulated time. In this connection the Euro-4 fuel turnover was extended by 6 months.
The Vice-PM, A. Dvorkovich, said in April that the Government didn’t forecast risks of fuel deficit after July 1st due to the coming into force of the technical regulations. We see that all companies have executed their obligations, there are no risks for the market, he said.
