Achinsk oil refinery has restarted operation

The Achinsk oil refinery of Rosneft has restarted crude oil refining after the repairs. The enterprise stood idle after the breakdown on June 15th 2014. From September 1st, Achinsk oil refinery started production of the major commodities: one-run petrol, diesel fuel, ship and aviation fuel and wide fractions of light hydrocarbons.
