In December, duty on oil export from Russia fell by $8.7

The preferential duty rate on oil in Eastern Siberia, Caspian fields and Prirazlomnoye deposit due to changes in the calculation of the duty rate in connection with the tax maneuver was zeroed since February 1. These rates, according to the new formula, will remain zero if the average oil price is less than $65. The duty on liquefied petroleum gas is also zeroed. From December 1, the export duty on heavy oil fell to $10.9 from $12.1 in November.
