Belarus shipped about 614 thousand tons of oil products to Russia in 2015

​Belarus shipped about 614 thousand tons of oil products to Russia in Jan-July 2015, deputy chairman of Belneftechem, V. Pavlov, said.

The head of Belarus Oil Company, A. Demidov, said that Minsk executes its obligations before its Russian partners on the supply of oil products, including satisfaction of needs in the periods of high demand (summer).

He said in 2015 a bit less oil products will be shipped to Russia than in 2014 due to a lower demand.

The sales of oil products haven’t suffered from the point of view of loss making, the currency rate is taken into account daily, he said.
