"Euro-4" saves the market from shortage of fuel.
The government has decided to extend the turnover of "Euro-4" petrol for the next year and keep the differentiation of the excise tax on "Euro-4" and "Euro-5" petrols. The final decision on the matter will be taken at the meeting on refining chaired by Dmitriy Medvedev on October 6.
