Negotiations between Belarus and Russia on conditions of oil supply in 2016 planned to be over in December –Belneftechem

The negotiations of Belneftechem and Belarus oil processing plants with the Russian oil companies that ship oil to the oil refinery plants of Belarus on the conditions of supplies for 2016 are planned to be over in December, the press service of Belneftechem said.

The goal of the working negotiations is the optimization of  cooperation of the parties and workout of mutually beneficial conditions of cooperation in the oil processing sphere.

Belneftechem said that in 2015 there were a number of events in the international political and economic sectors that directly influence on the environment in the oil market as a result of which the oil prices went down.

Nevertheless due to the tax maneuver introduced by Russia the oil price rose shipped from Russia to Belarus. Annually the quality of oil is worsening that demands additional expenditure on its processing to produce oil products of European quality.

According to Belneftechem, in the past years the Belarus oil refineries held a serious technological modernization.
