UC Rusal can place the terminal for transshipment of aluminum and its alloys in the port of Taman, the Governor of the Krasnodar region A. Tkachyov says. The regional administration has offered to the company to sign the cooperation agreement. UC Rusal confirms that it supports the project and analyzes ability to participate in its investment, but does not bring into the public the precise parameters. Total cost of the port is 228 billion rubles including 115.5 billion rubles to infrastructure that should be allocated by the state, but the budget needs 40 billion rubles.
