Russia not to reduce oil supply to Belarus in Q3

​The Ministry of Energy of Russia and Belneftechem agree not to reduce the supply of the Russian oil to Belarus in Q3.

The Ministry of Energy of Russia doesn’t confirm this information. The agency says the negotiations go on.

Previously Belneftechem said that Russia submitted a new schedule of oil supply for Q3 with the reduction by 2.25 mln tons against the initial plan. The Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Novak, said that the reduction of duty-free Russian oil supply to Belarus in Q3 is connected with the non-payment for gas and undersupply of oil products to Russia.

Russia and Belarus in 2014 made corrections into the intergovernmental agreement, according to which beginning from 2015 Belarus will keep at least $1.5 bln duties from the export of oil products and Russia and Russia will in full provide the loading of Belarus oil refineries with duty-free oil. In 2016-2024 Russia planned to ship 24 mln tons of oil annually.
