Kerchik, a large gold deposit with prospected reserves of 69.9 tons has been discovered in the Rostov region, the director of the geology department of the arid zones of the Southern scientific center of RAS, Doctor of Geology and Mineralogy S. Parada says. The region has the objects of high-liquid natural resources for effective diversification of the mining sector in the form of the golden ore deposits.
