"Gazpromneft" sees no reason to stockpile fuel in the domestic market.

"Gazpromneft" sees no reason for the creation of stocks of fuel by the oil companies for the domestic market, because the situation with the fuel supply is stable, the market is assured, CEO Aleksandr Dyukov told the reporters, Prime informs.

Recently, the authorities are discussing the possibility of amending these agreements in regard to the inclusion of obligations in terms of supply of petroleum products to the domestic market with oil companies. In March, Cyril Molodtcov, the Deputy Energy Minister, stated that the ministry expects to reach an agreement with the oil companies on compulsory motor fuel volume stocks soon. Later it became known that a number of oil companies opposed the initiative.
