Restrictions on petrol export from Belarus are cancelled from September 1st

Restrictions on gasoline export from Belarus are cancelled from September 1st 2016.

According to the Government regulation, from September 1st the document cancelling the restrictions on the export of gasoline from Belarus comes into force. A few Government regulations are considered to be void, among which is the one as of June 10th 2011 “On some issues of regulations of gasoline export from Belarus”.

In 2011 Belarus set strict measures on the restriction of gasoline export and stabilization of the situation at the points of passing the border. One and the same car was supposed to leave the country once within 8 days, otherwise the duty for fuel was paid.
