Shymkent refinery to produce Euro 4 and 5 fuel in 2017.

The Shymkent refinery will move to the production of petrol that meets the standards of  Euro 4 and 5 in 2017.

The Shymkent oil refinery would move to the production of petrol that meets the standards of Euro 4 and 5 in 2017, the office of Public Relations of JSC "KMG-PM" stated on Monday.

"In the year of its 30th anniversary of the Shymkent Refinery is holding a full-scale modernization of production facilities, as the result of which the depth of oil refining will increase to 80%, the production volume will reach 6 million tons a year, the amount of petrol production will increase by 3 times, and all petrol will comply with environmental quality standards of Euro-4 and Euro-5", - the statement informs.
