The plan of the Eastern petrochemical company (VNKhK) project implementation, which Rosneft realizes, will be presented in 2016, said the Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Kirill Molodtsov on the margins of the forum "The Arctic: Present and Future".
"We expect that next year Rosneft will present a sequence of this project implementation, the final sequence," - he said.
