In January, the Russian ports increased transshipment by 1.5%

In January, the Russian ports increased transshipment capacity by 1.5% to 46.4 million tons, the Association of the sea trade ports reports. They transshipped 26.6 million tons of liquid cargoes (-2.9%), including 16 million tons of raw oil (-6.2%), 9.3 million tons of oil products (+3.3%) and 0.96 million tons of LNG (-10.6%). Coal transshipment increased by 12.5% to 8.5 million tons. Ferrous metal transshipment reduced by 7% to 2.1 million tons. Ore transshipment reduced by 16.7% to 0.5 million tons.
