Russia. Oil refining depth to increase up to 75% in 2016

In 2016, oil conversion depth in Russia will increase up to 75% from 74.2% in 2015. They plan to finish the reconstruction of 12 processing units at the oil refineries and put them into operation. It is stated in the documents of the Ministry of Energy regarding the results and goals of the department in the midterm.
