New longwall face to be launched at mine n.a. Barakov in July

Krasnodonugol of Metinvest has prepared the fully-mechanized northern longwall face №17 at mine n.a. Barakov for operations. The deposits of the new longwall face are over 600 thousand tons of high-quality coking coal of the F grade. The launch is scheduled for July of this year.
Currently the installation of the mining equipment is being carried out. The length of the longwall face is 300 meters. Coal mining will be conducted at a depth of 756 meters.
