In March 2015 the balance of the petroleum products market (total imports, exports and production) decreased by 22% to 450 thousand tons compared to the same period in 2014. During this period the balance of petrol fell by half to 121 thousand tons, of diesel fuel - 8% to 329 thousand tons, "consulting group A-95" reported OilNews referring to the results of its own investigation.
