In May, the Ukrainian mining companies overfulfilled plan of coal production

In May 2014, 6508 thousand tons of coal were produced that is by 187.0 thousand tons (3.0%) more than the planned target, and by 529.6 thousand tons (8.9%) more than in May 2013.
The thermal coal production made up 4859.6 thousand tons that is by 94.3 thousand tons (1.9%) less than the planned amount. As compared with May 2013, the production grew by 687.1 thousand tons (16.5%).
