The Board of Directors of Rosneft has approved the issue of a loan for its affiliate “Eastern petrochemicals company” CJSC for 20.461 bln roubles to finance its investment activity.
The loan is issued until Jan 31st 2018.
The total amount of the deal taking into account the interest is 24.251 bln roubles.
