The RF Government has introduced a bill on standards of distribution of incomes from the payment of excise tax on petroleum products. Since May1, 2016 they suggest they transfer 23% of income into the federal budget, 77% into the budgets of federal subjects by standards. It is stated on the web portal of the Cabinet of Ministers.
