The President of Belarus A. Lukashenko says that Belarus and Russia agreed to reduce customs duties for oil products. Next year a half of the duties transferred to Russia will remain in the budget of Belarus. It will save $1.5 billion for the latter. The second half of the duties will be removed by 2016. Negotiations with Russia also enabled to agree the necessary decisions on oil and gas supplies for a dozen of years ahead. Belarus will receive 23 million tons of oil a year with possible enlargement. This volume is necessary for loading of all oil refineries and oil chemical industry of the state.
