By 2020, Uzbekugol will increase coal production by 4.7 times from 3.8 million tons to 18 million tons . By 2016, they will complete realization of the investment project ‘Transit of boilers ## 1-5 of Novo-Angrensky heat station to year-round coal burning with upgrading of the Angrensky pit’ that will lead to growth in coal production, transporting and loading to 5.1 million tons annually, and coal supplies to the heat station will be 4.36 million tons. Shargunkumir JSC will provide extraction of 0.9 million tons of coal.
