MMK negotiates on the sale of two coal mines and a process plant and expects to reach an agreement with potential buyers before the end of the year, the company’s financial director, Sergei Sulimov reported to journalists.
"It is about the mines of Chertinskaya South and Chertinskaya Coke (parts of the Belon group, controlled by MMK), as for the sale of process plant - we are still thinking about it," - said Sulimov.
