Serbian branch of Gazprom Neft invested 9 mln euro into the Panchevo oil refinery plant in 2015

​NIS (Serbia), an affiliate of Gazprom Neft, invested over 9 mln euro into the modernization of its oil refining capacities in Panchevo in 2015.

NIS says that it ran the program of diesel fuel production rise by means of petrol output reduction that meets a modern world tendency in the oil refining sphere. According to the company, this program will allow to increase the output of diesel fuel by 3.5 thousand tons a month and that will give a positive effect at the volume of 5 mln euro a year.

NIS extracts oil and processes it in Panchevo and sells oil products in Serbia and other countries of Southern Europe.
