Khabarovsk oil refinery plant to launch the offset from ESPO in 2015

The Khabarovsk oil refinery plant (belongs to Alliance Oil) will put into operation the oil pipeline-offset from the pipeline “East Siberia-Pacific Ocean” (ESPO) in 2015. The deputy chief engineer for production at the Khabarovsk oil refinery plant, A. Vagin, said today at the presentation of a new line of car fuel under the Green Eko Neo brand (Euro-5).

According to him, the total investment volume into the reconstruction made up 62.26 bln roubles and allowed the plant to reach the oil refining volume up to 5 mln tons a year with the processing depth of 73%.

“The large-scale reconstruction of the plant has been going on for the last 10 years. For the last 4 years we have built a new hydroprocessing unit allowing us to process up to 5 mln tons of oil a year with the processing depth of 73%. The total investment volume into the reconstruction made up more than 62 bln roubles”, Mr. Vagin said.
